These Terms govern your use of the Spotly mobile app and related services (the "Service"), provided by [Legal Entity Name] ("Spotly," "we," "us"). By using Spotly, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Spotly

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. Spotly is intended for parents and guardians. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

2. Your account & family profile

You provide information such as your email and your family's ages to personalize the experience. You confirm you have the right to add any information about your family members, and you agree to keep it accurate.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to show it in your gallery and memory map, or to produce a printed album you order. We don't claim ownership and we don't use Your Content for advertising.

4. Discovery information

Place listings, hours, amenities, ratings, and "good to know" tips are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm important details (such as age suitability, accessibility, and opening hours) with the place directly. Spotly is not responsible for your experience at any third-party venue.

5. Bookings

When you book through Spotly, your reservation is with the partner place, not with Spotly. Their cancellation, payment, and conduct policies apply. We pass along the details you submit to facilitate the booking.

6. Subscriptions (Spotly Plus)

Spotly Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your app store. It renews for the chosen period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your app store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. App store refund policies apply.

7. Printed albums & purchases

Printed albums and other physical goods are made to order. Pricing, shipping times, and availability are shown at checkout and may vary by region. Because albums are personalized, they may not be returnable except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged or defective.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no uploading unlawful or infringing content, no attempting to break or overload the Service, no scraping, and no using Spotly to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any issues arising from third-party venues, bookings, or content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law
