Is Spotly free?

Yes. You can discover places, plan outings, save memories, and book where available for free. Spotly Plus is an optional subscription that adds unlimited photo storage, your full memory map, personalized weekly picks, and more. Printed albums and bookings are available on every plan.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Spotly Plus is billed through your app store. Manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android.

Why does Spotly ask for my location?

Location lets us show kid-friendly places near you. It's optional — you can skip it and pick a city by hand, and you can change the permission anytime in your device settings.

Who can see my family photos?

Your photos and memories are private to your family by default. We don't share them publicly. If you order a printed album, the photos you include are shared only with our print partner to make your book. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account from within the app, or email privacy@meetspotly.com and we'll remove your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
